Babies R Us is cutting back on the number of baby cribs they will be stocking. We recently went to purchase the crib we registered for, but it had been discontinued. However they had several cribs in the back that had been marked down for the same reason. We got a better crib at an already reduced price plus we were able to use our 20% off any one item coupon! What Bible Verses Encourage You As A Parent or Parent In Waiting?

My husband and I tried for several years to begin our family. I just knew when it happened in whatever form, natural pregnancy or adoption, there would be nothing but joy. Now 4.5 years into our marriage, as we anticipate the long awaited arrival of our first child, I must admit there have been some panic moments since becoming pregnant. So many questions. So many concerns.

If I could choose only one verse right now it would be Philippians 4:6-7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus.
